Parwich Parish Council Serving the people in the Parish of Parwich
In exchange for leasing the land for a mast to be built on the Parish Council would expect to receive a payment of a minimum of £30,000. This would typically be for a twenty five year lease. Only a one off payment is being offered, rather than a much smaller year by year payment.
It is also possible that the village could receive part of this benefit in kind by having Shared Access undertake work which we wish to have done.
