Public Services
Whilst most public services are provided by Derbyshire County Council, Derbyshire Dales District Council and the various utility and transport companies, Parwich Parish Council do provide:
- a bus shelter
- children's play ground
- grants for local projects/organisations
- a grit bin on Creamery Lane (all the other grit bins are maintained by Derbyshire County Council)
- halls for social clubs and meetings (managed by the Memorial Hall Committee)
- public toilet
- recreation/sports fields
- war memorial maintenance
