Past

20th July.
Parish Council meeting discusses letter received from Shared Access suggesting the possibility of building a mobile phone mast. Councillors agree to request more information and that any decision will be taken after discussion with residents.

18th August.
Shared Access and various planners visit the site on Parsons Croft to assess if a mast there would provide useful coverage. A drone is used to fly where the top of a mast would be.

2nd September.
Pegasus Group (Shared Access's planning consultants) write to the Parish Council and some residents confirming that they are preparing a planning application.

8th September.
Shared Access meet with some of the councillors to provide further information including proposed payment. As previously minuted the Parish Council prepares to share this information as widely as possibly using the blog, council website and a public display.

12th September.
Information published on Parish Council website

Future (as of 12th September)

15th September.
Information on display in Memorial Hall and councillors available to listen to residents' comments.

21st September.
Parish Council meeting will include discussion of feedback received and whether further decisions can be made.

If it is decided to proceed with a lease then further information should become available on the timetable for the planning application process and installation of the mast if approved.
